Not long after presidential candidate Mitt Romney in the summer of 2012 announced his running partner for vice president to be Paul Ryan, the then current President, Mr.
Barack Obama made an interesting speech.
He said that basically overall Paul Ryan is a good guy who is able to work across the aisle with Republicans and Democrats alike, and he felt that to be a fine attribute.
Still, he noted that he fundamentally disagreed with Paul Ryan's philosophy for governance.
Okay so, let's talk about this for second shall we? You see, what I don't understand is how anyone including the President the United States could fundamentally disagree with Paul Ryan, after all the gentleman would like to balance the budget of the federal government, and have the government live within its means.
That is to say he would like to see the United States of America balance her checkbook each year.
I'm not sure how anyone could disagree with that, or find that to be an incorrect stance moving forward for this great nation.
Paul Ryan also seems to be a lover of freedom and liberty, and he has a strong constitutional fervor which also is a wonderful thing for a modern-day politician.
He loves and believes in the country.
How can anyone fundamentally disagree with that, providing they are an American? You see, if there really is a fundamental philosophical difference between these two gentlemen, speaking of Paul Ryan and President Barack Obama and if Paul Ryan truly believes in those things, then shouldn't the American people reject the concept of spending our national treasury into oblivion, and further driving our economy off a cliff? Many folks have accused President Barack Obama of being a socialist, and whereas he does have many socialist leanings, he also seems to enjoy capitalism to a point, and as long as he can control the flows of the labor, capital, and divert those flows to things within his own philosophical foundation he seems to be okay with it.
Question is; are the American people okay with what's been going on, or the record that the Obama Administration has put forth thus far.
It would appear to me the answer that question would be; no.
But that is for the people to decide come November.
Somewhere lost in translation, or perhaps misread from the Teleprompter - we have a problem.
The United States cannot continue on the path that it is on, not with the trade flows the way they are or the unemployment as high as it is.
Perhaps it is time for a regime change that we can all believe in, perhaps we should hope for that, and then vote accordingly.
Please consider all this and think on it.
