Are You Doing the Wrong Types of Exercises and Eating the Wrong Types of Food?

Controlling your weight can be a lifelong experience that is very worthwhile, if you invest in you.
How important is your health? If you are overweight, why? If you are obese, why? Simple questions, with difficult soul searching answers for many.
  • If you are exercising to lose weight then you are on the wrong track.
    Exercise will not make you lose weight.
  • Exercising for the wrong reasons is helping create the obesity epidemic.
  • Exercising for the wrong reasons is the biggest excuse their is to tell yourself that being fat is not your fault.
  • If you exercise for the wrong reasons you will be fat and overweight.
  • Lose the weight first and exercise to maintain your health.
    Walking around the block a couple of times a week is a great beginning to maintain health.
If you are on a diet right now looking for sympathy you are at the wrong place.
Diets don't work and all the food you are eating to "diet" is a sacrifice you are fooling yourself with.
  • Start eating what you like to eat.
  • Read information about how you can use the food you like the most to help you lose weight.
  • If you eat the food you like, there is no excuse to keep the weight off for the rest of your life.
Exercising and foods are the two worst enemies you have if you are fat, overweight, obese or whatever you look like in the mirror that explains why you look the way you look.
Face the facts you are fat because you eat the wrong foods in the wrong combinations and in the wrong quantities.
You are fat because you use every excuse in the book to justify your poor state of health.
Shame on all of us that abuse of ourselves and teach our kids to do the same.
Yes, I was as guilty as you are.
