Cut back on junk food..
That's right! All the soda and chips...
Pizza you will have to cut back on that.

Eat more fruits if you can try to include 3 servings of fruit into your diet.
I like carry around grapes and bananas 4.
Substitute that can or bottle of soda for a nice glass of apple,orange or even grape juice.

Refrain from eating large meals instead eat 5-6 little meals per day.
This helps your metabolism! 6.
When cooking meats trim the fat off you can do this by cutting the fat away and then cooking or you can do like I do and GRILL it.
I'm huge fan of the Foreman Grill.

I know some of us love to eat I'm one of those people I like snacking on things and that's fine.
If you are still hungry after eating carry around healthy snakes like apples, yogurt and nuts things like that.

If you need a good meal to fuel up before working out I would suggest eating apples and pasta (man do I love me some pasta) 9.
Stop with the junk food (I know I said this before) but a lot of us think oh well...

Change up your exercise routine! You know once you start losing weight with one routine your body is going to get use to that.
It's going to adapt and you will burn few calories to remedy this switch up your work out routine and keep your body guessing.
