Do you want to know how to stop a panic attack? Well I am quite anxious to finally explain it to you! If you are still reading then you must be somebody whose past really has been marred by terrible mental experiences and traumas that feel so impending right in the moment.
And each time you assume it is going to really kill you this time.
I understand your fear in that vulnerable moment.
But calmly ask yourself this question: if all the times before it has not gone wrong, what proof do I have that I will experience a horrible fate this time around? Instantly you should feel a sense of relief, if only slightly.
But that may be cause it is just the first time.
Now get a grip on yourself and constantly remember that and train your mind to think in that rhythm.
Eventually you will have a steel defense against the mental terror of an anxiety attack.
You know, although it is mental, it is caused by physical routines you might be doing.
The good news is that is a possible shortcut for your success.
If you have caffeine or sugar in your diet, or anything too excessive that affects your blood pressure by a lot, your mentality will be more stable if you remove them from your diet.
I swear, the best way to stop a panic attack is by avoiding it in the first place.
Try your best to stop it while it is happening, and at the same time work to slowly strengthen your defenses and really prepare yourself next time around, and the time after that, until eventually they will be so minor that they will not even count as 'attacks'.
Now, before you begin your training to become a happier, calmer person, I want to leave you with one last, relaxing fact: It will always be in your imagination.
