Hi, I'm Emily Jones, fitness expert and competitor here at Camp Hero Fitness, and I'm going to show you how to stretch your exterior arm and actually that exterior part of your arm is your reat deltoid, your shoulder and your tricep. It's very important that we continue to stretch this part of our arm on a continuous daily basis because we use these muscles in any upper body motion. So we're going to place our arm, our bicep should be touching our ear, our palm will go straight back bending at the elbow behind your head. You're going to take your opposite hand and pull back on your elbow. Make sure that you feel the stretch but it shouldn't be uncomfortable and we're going to hold it there for about 30 seconds and then release slowly. And then, you'll stretch your other arm as well.
