You will look forward to these days and they give you something to work for.

You body will use everything it consumes instead of storing it mostly as fat.

2-By A Juicer Juicing fruits and vegetables will allow you to eat a lot of vegetables much easier.
You will also get more energy because when it's juice it becomes more concentrated.
This is great for people who don't like eating vegetables.
1-Turn The Heat Up Add hot sauce or something spicy to your food so you will eat it slower.
You can also turn the A/C off in your car to make it hotter when you drive so you sweat on the way home.
Be careful not to stay in the heat to long because over exposure to heat will make you pass out.
