Avoid all those oil based products as these are not friends of your skin.
If you have to use beauty products then make sure to wash your face you go to sleep.
If for some reason you wait until the next morning to do this, it means that the pores were covered for too many hours.
Get lots of sunshine and fresh air: Vitamin D is very important for your skin.
If you want to have a glowing and healthy skin make sure you get lots of sunshine.
Practice outdoor activities to expose your skin to the sun, not for too long periods of time because it could damage your skin as well.
Exercise regularly: Try to exercise to maintain your body and skin healthy.
Walking is a very good idea, it's an exercise that tones your bones and increases your body's temperatures which will make you sweat.
In that way you will eliminate toxins, fat and will prevent acne.
Wash your face: Scrub your face gently only with water.
Whether you use beauty products or not, we are all always expose to dust.
If you don't wash your face regularly the pores get clogged, that will lead to an acne breakout.
