Here are 3 tips that you can implement now to improve your life in ways you had never imagined. the problem is, will you do it?

1. Gain control:

Somewhere in the past you procrastinated. It might have started over an innocent school homework done at the very last minute, sounds familiar? Then, your busy €social life€ kept you in this rut for most of your early school years. And now, you need to break free from it, because it is running your entire life. It has become bigger thatn you ever had imagined. Get control of yourself by making a real commitment. If you are reading this, is because you are looking for solutions. So, get real and be bold with yourself. Make a commitment and start small. Need to finish a project? Break it down into parts. For instance, need to write a 2000 word proposal for your boss in a week? Well, yes, it sounds like a daunting task. What about 400 words a day for 5 days? Or, what about writing one hour every day for 5 days? Much easier, eh? Gain control back, take a decision and DO IT!

2. Challenge yourself: Don't write goals, do challenges.

There is a goal epidemic in the world. People write lists and lists of goals that they will never get to ever do. They are uninspiring lists of wishes. Instead of goals. Challenge yourself. Every week of every month commit to challenge yourself in one aspect. Do something that scares you to do. Are you afraid of asking your boss for a raise? Good, now you know what to do, go do it. Are you afraid of asking out the girl you have always secretly loved? Good, now you know what to do. Go do it. Get out of your comfort zone and show the world you are a winner. This will not only improve your self esteem, but it will launch you towards the person you really are inside. The real you. DO IT!

3. Trash the to-do list.

Keeping a to-do list filled with menial tasks will only sabotage your success to overcome procrastination. Instead, focus on creating routines and habits for the things you have to do every day. Again, try to incorporate challenges and making them a habit, instead of keeping a list of mundane activities that will only drain your energy.
