- 1). Insert the blank disc into the computer's CD drive.
- 2). Open Windows Media Player and toggle to the "Burn" category. Use the "Burn" tab at the top to choose "Audio CD" as the burn type.
- 3). Drag and drop the MP3 files into the burn queue. An audio CD holds up to 80 minutes of music, so the files cannot exceed this limit when combined. Press "Start Burn," and wait for the process to complete before performing any other tasks on the computer. This process takes several minutes.
- 4). Re-insert the blank disc if Windows Media Player ejects it automatically. Navigate to the "Rip" category.
- 5). Select the down arrow on the "Rip" tab and choose "Format -> WAV" as the rip type. Use the "More Options" command to specify an output path where Windows Media player will save the ripped songs.
- 6). Place a check mark by each file in the window. Press "Start Rip."
