- 1). Open the door to examine possible jams if a single light is flashing. One flashing light indicates a jam in one of the storage units. If all the lights are flashing, the jam is located in the dispensing pathway.
- 2). Ensure the beverage containers are no larger than 3 inches in diameter if the beverages do not seem to fit inside the SkyBox.
- 3). Load beverages on their sides and push individual bottles/cans all the way to the back of the unit, with the top of the container facing forward, to avoid jams or issues with proper loading of the unit. Improper loading may also result in the "Low Indicator" light turning on.
- 4). Ensure the SkyBox is loaded with beverages if no containers dispense when the beverage button is pushed. Make sure the child lock has not been activated, which will prevent dispensing.
- 5). Place beverages only in the main unit and not the stand if the beverages do not seem to be cooling. Ensure the power cord is plugged in firmly to the unit and the local power outlet. Check the thermostat dial, located on the upper left-hand corner of the SkyBox, and turn it all the way to the right for the coolest setting.
