Unless you have been living under a rock for the last 30 years, you have probably typed something like "how to get bigger muscles" in Google search, and have probably been over-whelmed by the hundreds of thousands of results that came up.
Hundreds of thousands of people telling you just as many methods on how to grow muscles, burn fat, get fit, strong, and all that other hoo-ha.
Every one saying that their method is the best, and often times the only way to go about getting the results you want.

Confusing to say the least.
If only someone could rise above the chaos, dispel all the confusion, and give all the chickens the same head.
Well, that's a shame, because this person doesn't exist and this person never will.
The only way to dispel the confusion is to find out for yourself.
Not just once, but over and over again.
Nothings works the same forever boys and girls.
In fitness and in life...
but for now let's stick to fitness.
Workout routines grow old.
Your body stops adapting to the same stimulus.
In more advanced trainers this happens faster then in beginners.
Does this mean you have to change the whole routine you're on, top to bottom front and back every 2 weeks? I can't tell you for sure.
Maybe that is the answer for you in your situation right now, or maybe you only have to change one measly thing, like your rep range, or rest time in between sets, or rest days in between sessions of weight lifting.
In either case, you shouldn't let anyone preach to you some ultra high-tech new method that's never been done before without thinking for yourself first.
The single factor that will determine your success in getting and staying fit is the individual will and determination.
Love for working out and consuming healthy foods may not be there at first, but with continued determination to achieve your goal, it will come guaranteed.
After all, if you have worked so hard to create your perfect body, how can you not love the process that got you to the result when you look back at it? Choose any sensible program from a legitimate credible source.
Follow it to a tee for at least 2-4months, or more if you can manage it.
Completely rape the routine in all its workouts, and suck it dry until you're sick of it and you've gained everything you possibly can from it and can have no more results.
Take some time off, and do the same thing again with another routine, or a modified version of the previous one.
Whatever floats your boat.
Eat as many times a day as you want or need.
You will find out for yourself through trial and error that you can't stuff yourself beyond sedation every single meal and not get fat.
Again, in some this will happen faster then others.
You can eat once a day, and still get fat if you consume 3500 calories in a single sitting and you only need 2000 per day.
And you will also get just as fat if you divide those 3500 calories in 7 feedings of 500 calories per day.
Conversely you will lose weight if you consume 1500 calories in one sitting, or if you decide to graze upon 5 feedings of 300 calories each.
Doesn't matter in the end if you have the whole world telling you this.
You will only learn the truth once you apply the knowledge for yourself.
Same works for the kind of calories you consume.
You will never know truthfully that a moderate diet of pure, natural, wholesome, organic food provides your body with more physical fuel, mental energy, and well-being then a diet overloaded with chemically processed, calorie dense, man-made foods and modified carbs/fats.
In due time, you will find what works for you and what doesn't.
No one else can know you better then you can know yourself, if you just put in the effort, love, and determination that you yourself deserve.
That is how you maximize your muscle mass, minimize body fat, and ultimately lead a long healthy life of looking and feeling your best.
Cheers.
