How to Move Applications to a Partition on XP

    • 1). Click "Start," "Control Panel," "Add/Remove Programs," click the program to be moved," and click "Remove" to remove it from the old partition.

    • 2). Insert the application installation disc into the computer.

    • 3). Right click "Start" and click "Explore."

    • 4). Click on the CD drive and double click the "Setup.exe" file.

    • 5). Click "Install" and click "Browse" when asked where you wish to install the program. Select the desired partition.

    • 6). Click "Finish" to complete the procedure, moving the application and reinstalling it to the target partition.
