Yes, something that will grab the attention of many.
Of course, your content won't get sold if you will explain technically.
Though there are online articles and guides that talks about anxiety, some or almost all of them are just full of promotions.
You know what I mean right? Instead of informing the people what to do when encountering this problem, they're earning money out of their crazy claims.
Perhaps the lines "this will help you" or "this works" are often the slogans of some articles or pages you've read.
And then what? Obviously, their tongues are powerful because they've fooled many people.
Yes, they took advantage to individuals who don't have enough knowledge.
I'm here to clear up the mess made by snake oil scams that are widely present on the internet today.
I'm here to inform you about what's the real deal on anxiety particularly.
Let me begin.
Anxiety or panic attack is purely psychological thoughts.
Often people get anxious when encountering tough situation or events such as danger or death of a family member.
Quite simply, what causes anxiety is the situation.
There's no question about it.
Let's say you are riding on a car with a driver in from.
Let's say you are going somewhere else just to relax.
But what has happen is that the car loses its break.
Of course what would you do when the passengers inside the car together with the driver are panicking? Excuse me today but anxiety can happen all the time most especially if you belonged to the environment that is full of pressure.
When you think of the situation, you will of course assume the possible outcomes.
Often your mind creates an illustration of the event.
As you know, people have imaginative mind.
And to tell you honestly, people have different thinking.
Others may think of the possible bad things that might happen while others often think of the negative outcomes that the situation may bring.
After the brain has illustrated the possible effects or the outcomes of the event, it will send psychological reactions that will make you emotionally and physically threatened.
Anxiety is sometimes socially driven.
So let's say you are born with shyness.
The interaction to other people is what causes anxiety or panic attack.
Every time you attend party, your arms or your palms are sweating because of the nervousness brought by the crowd.
Living with anxiety seems you have no option to choose to always back off or quite.
That's not a good thing you know.
Anxiety can ruin your normal life if you do not address your situation.
But if there's a bad news, there is always a counterpart.
The good news is that anxiety is not for permanent.
You can address it anytime you want though it requires patience and dedication.
Now you know what really causes anxiety.
Perhaps, this is the time to take action.
Of course you cannot address this issue if you just seat on the corner.
