Defining Emotional Eating...
Binge eating has become common.
I mean with all of the wealth and prosperity in America you would think their would be less mental losses.
But the numbers grow as they are as high 15% of the American population alone...
My Plan: *Is to give you a clear definition for this disorder *Get you on the right path when it comes to countering emotional eating *And to leave with a honest review of some proven cures Binge Eating- Another name for it is (BED) It is considered a mental condition.
Because of the fact that it starts with you feeling down from a particular part of your day that leads to a search for comfort.
You find food.
Food when eaten excessively relaxes the body with what's called a insulin spike.
This in excess can lead to "High blood pressure, Diabetes, and slew of other problems".
Symptoms *Lack of control over food consumption *Eats large amounts of food all in one sitting *Lack of control of thought's when faced with a hard decision These people truly are in a constant "push and pull" with themselves.
Some Surefire Treatments *Binge on more nutrient dense foods- Add a salad before a meal or complete with a side of veggies.
*Get a journal- Record how you feel before a binge and you'll automatically notice yourself saying "NO" *Utilize the "Law of Discipline"- Make a stand and choose to change and live a healthier and happier life! *Organics..
...
(Pricey but worth putting a stop to a compulsive disorder!)
