Often our commander in chief will go on the road for the sake of diplomacy, promoting a government policy or visiting our neighbors or allies.
President Bush is on his way to India to discuss their efforts to use nuclear power and maintain their civilization through strength.
This visit is good for our allies, our nation and free trade with this huge emerging super power of the future.
Unfortunately our President has had to curtail many trips of this nature, as every time he leaves Washington D.
C.
the Democrats launch an attack; either through usurping the Justice Department for political gain and/or some non-event purported to the media, which embellishes the issue to the point of hysteria on our nightly news and the major newspapers throughout the country.
Sure one could say; Hey that's politics, deal with it.
Yet I have a different opinion after observing these things and that is; we are destroying the public trust in our government unnecessarily and preventing more of these trips of diplomacy.
This is bad for our future and the potential eventuality of the progression of our nation.
So, in watching these trends; I ask to you; what sort of hokum and attacks will the Democrats throw into the arena this time, as they attack the President of the United States and our nation's good will? That is to say; as President Bush Visits India; what attacks with the Democrats Launch this time? Consider this in 2006.
