So hold and talk to your new baby.
4.
Boredom This could fall into the want to be healed category but some times your baby, like most everyone will just become bored with the normal routine of eating and sleeping.

If your child has been crying a lot see if come of these changes will improve the situation.
5.
Discomfort Sometimes, more than a diaper change, for discomfort.
Your baby may be to warm or to cold.
the clothes they are wearing may be binding them in some way.
If something is giving them discomfort they will let you know with the only way they can.
6.
Fright Newborn and even older infants are easily startled, sudden loud noises, or sudden movements sometimes when they are moved and their head falls a little may frighten them.
Being in a strange place and near strange people may cause your baby to become uneasy and frightened setting off a crying spell.
