Discover the Earliest Signs of Pregnancy

Do you want to know the most frequently signs of pregnancy? Even if are not the same for every woman, there are some common signs, like:

1. Missed Menstruation

This is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. In this way you should take a pregnancy test to see if you really are pregnant. If the result of test, is negative, you should consult a doctor to be sure that every thing its fine regarding your menstruation.

2. Frequent Urination.

If you are pregnant  your body produce extra fluids and the swelling uterus can put pressure on your bladder (this may be the main cause for your frequent urination). Its possible to have this symptom during for nine months.

3. Breast Tenderness

This earliest signs of pregnancy usually apper when you become pregnant, because your body begins preparing your breasts for producing milk. You may remark this sign when you are going to sleep or when you are getting dressed.

4. Nausea

I think this is among the most unpleasant symptoms of pregnancy.This sign appear most often a month after you got pregnant.  Many women say that  the milk and saltine crackers may help you to combate nausea.

5. Fatigue and Exhaustion.

When you got pregnant, one of the earliest pregnancy signs may be fatigue and exhaustion because of the changes of your body. During pregnancy you may feel more tired every day.

6. Dizziness and Fainting.

This is a well known sign of pregnancy caused by  the uterus swells which compresses arteries in your legs. This thing may drop your blood pressure and makes you feel dizzy. Be careful when you are going up stairs, standing up suddenly after sitting for a time. Take care of you and eat: grapes, apples, bananas,  yogurt cups, carrots and celery, small cartons of milk, cheese and crackers, etc.

7. Food Cravings and  Sensitivity to Aromas.

If you are pregnant you may have the symptom of craving certain foods or unusual combinations of foods. In same time  its possible to feel aversions to some certain foods you have previously enjoyed. This thing can be possible also with some  aromas.

Sometimes the earliest signs of pregancy may be subtle.  Talk to your doctor if you feel: tired, queasy, lightheaded or you have heartburn, constipation or low back pain.
