The majority of people that have anxiety attacks do not seek any kind of treatment for their symptoms.
 Some of the reasons people don't treat their symptoms are because they fear their symptoms can not be treated.
 They also fear others might think differently of them if people find out they have anxiety attacks.
 But you need to ask yourself, do you really want to live the rest of your life with these symptoms? Some people think their symptoms are serious physical problems because it is hard for them to accept that they are having a panic attack.
 The good news is anxiety attacks can be treated, and nobody has to know about it.
 You don't even have to go to the doctors.
 All you need is an action plan.
