- 1). Click the "Start" menu in the lower left corner of the screen and click the "All Programs" option.
- 2). Scroll to "Adobe Photoshop" and click it to launch the program.
- 3). Click "File" at the top of the screen, choose the "Open" utility, then navigate to the location of your PSD file to open it.
- 4). Select the "Edit" option at the top of the screen, then scroll to the "Assign Profile" option. The ICC profile associated with this PSD file is listed next to the "Working" option. Leave this window open.
- 5). Click the "Start" button in the lower left corner of the screen, then click the "Computer" option.
- 6). Double-click the hard drive on which your Windows installation is located. For most users, this is the "C" drive.
- 7). Double-click the "Windows" folder, then double-click the "System32" folder.
- 8). Double-click the "Spool" folder, then the "Drivers" folder, and then the "Color" folder. Leave this window open.
- 9). Open your Photoshop window and note the ICC profile listed next to the "Working" value.

Open the window for your "Color" folder and locate the ICC profile from your PSD file. - 11
Right-click on the file and choose the "Copy" option, then paste it to external media, such as a flash drive, so that it can be moved to another computer. Additionally, you can select the "Send to" option to email the profile to someone else.
