Symptoms of Anxiety Attacks - Do You Experience These

The symptoms of anxiety attacks can be classified into two categories.
There are the physical symptoms and emotional symptoms.
Before I tell you what they are we will need to know what is an anxiety attack also called a panic attack and what cause them to happen.
A panic attack is just a period of intense fear or discomfort .
They are often cause when you feel nervous or afraid.
When this happen your body response to it with anxiety.
This is often called the fight or flight response.
It is called the fight of flight response because our body want to either run from the situation or fight what is causing this.
Our body act like this because our ancient ancestors did.
When they were faced with danger their body had automatic response which will tell them to attack or run.
This was vital for their survival and for ours.
This response has been program into us in case of real threat.
Before a panic attack you will usually feel these symptoms.
Not everyone feel the same symptoms.
We all are different and respond different in situations.
Also the symptoms are harmless.
Yes that is right they are harmless even though you do feel like something is wrong with you.
This is just your body response which is completely normal.
Below are the physical and emotional symptoms.
Physical Symptoms
  • heart is pounding
  • insomnia
  • headaches
  • shortness of breath
  • tired
  • dizzness
  • light headed
Emotional Symptoms
  • restlessness
  • your mind goes blank
  • difficulty in concentrating
  • anticipating the worst feeling tense
