- 1). Soak bonded areas in soapy water if possible. If you are using materials such as wood that are likely to be damaged by immersion in water, skip this step.

Apply a small amount of nail polish remover to a cotton swab. - 3). Soften the Super Glue using the nail polish remover on the cotton swab.
- 4). Rub off any excess Super Glue with the cotton swab.
- 5). Brush away any deep-set Super Glue using a toothbrush soaked in nail polish remover. You may need to do this if the Super Glue has hardened on fabric.
