So you are finally fed up with eating fast food and feeling tired all the time.

Fruits and veggies have all the most important vitamins and minerals that we need but we just do not eat enough and it is not realistic for most people to eat 5 servings a day.

How to get started Well first, you need a juicer.
There are many juicers and styles to choose from and you can get one for as low as twenty dollars and upwards to a thousand dollars.
The real expensive ones are very nice because they are so powerful and you can put whole fruits and veggies in them without the hassle of cutting them up.
Let's face it; if it is not simple and easy, than it is not realistic to do it everyday.
However, there are some models that are reasonably priced and that perform like a commercial type juicer; this would probably be the best investment.
Get juicing books to learn what fruits and veggies go together the best.
With juicing, there are no rules as far as what you can mix together, but there are certain fruits and veggies that simply do not taste good together and it is helpful to have a juicing recipe book to skip ahead and know what to juice together from the start.
This will also help you with deciding on what fruits and veggies you need to get from the store each week.
I recommend getting enough for one week.
This way you do not have to go to the store all week, but at the same time you have fresh fruits and veggies on hand at all times.
Have a daily and weekly plan.
Some people use juicing to detoxify their bodies and others use it to lose weight.
While these are great ways to use juicing for the short term, it is even better to use it on a daily basis and to build it into your everyday diet routine.
Try to start with 2 times a day (one in the morning, and one in the evening) and work your way up to 3 or 4 times a day.
Everyone should at least give juicing a try one time to see its benefits including more energy all day (not drinking caffeine all day to stay going) and all the other amazing benefits including better sleep and softer skin.
