One size never fits all in the kitchen - from the functional point of view and not design. Kitchen plans to accommodate varying user heights of good, aged, and restrictions on mobility, dexterity, and most importantly, the changes in those elements which, inevitably, come with time.
Similarly, different aesthetic tastes. "Cookie cutter" kitchens lack of interest and individuality. And there is room for good design makes a statement about its users.

Vary heights against
