How to Hook up a Motorola Satellite Receiver to an LG Plasma TV

    • 1). Insert one end of the RCA video cable into the "TV VIDEO OUT" ports on the rear of the Motorola digital satellite receiver. Make sure to match the red, blue and green jacks on the RCA video component cable to the ports on the rear of the receiver.

    • 2). Insert the other end of the RCA video component cable into the matching red, green and blue "Component In Video 1" ports on the rear of the LG plasma television. If you are currently using the Component 1 ports, insert the RCA cable into the Component 2 ports.

    • 3). Insert the RCA audio component cable into the two speaker (R,L) ports on the rear of the Motorola satellite receiver.

    • 4). Insert the other end of the RCA audio component cable into the "Component In Audio 1" ports on the rear of the LG Plasma. If you are currently using the Component 1 ports, insert the RCA cable into the Component 2 ports.

    • 5). Power on the Motorola satellite receiver and LG plasma television.

    • 6). Hit the "Input" button on the LG remote control. Select either "Component 1" or "Component 2" from the menu, depending on which input you used to connect the receiver.
