Descale the Broiler

• 1). Allow the cooking chamber in the combi oven to cool down.
  
  
• 2). Open the oven door and remove the water container from the cooking chamber. Pour out any remaining water.
  
  
• 3). Fill the water container with 1 liter of descaling solution. Descaling solution is available in many restaurant supply stores, home improvement stores and online.
  
  
• 4). Place the water container back in the cooking chamber.
  
  
• 5). Select the "Maintenance," or self-cleaning option. Then select the "Descale" feature. The combi oven will descale for about 12 minutes, then prompt you to fill it with fresh water.
  
  
• 6). Remove the water container from the cooking chamber and fill it with 1 liter of fresh water. Return the water container to the cooking chamber. The descaling process will continue.
  
  
• 7). Turn the combi oven off after the descaling has completed.
  
  
• 8). Open the oven door and remove the water container. Empty it and dry the appliance with a dry cloth. Make sure the cooking chamber is dry before closing the oven door.
  
  
• 9). Wipe down the outside of the combi oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
