I use the words 'Energy Therapies' as an umbrella term for treatments like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
So, how can words - affirmations if you will - create an improved condition within the body? How can tapping on body meridian points bring improvement in things such as: Anxiety Depression Headaches Fibromyalgia Arthritis Shoulder pain? Not to mention many, many more? For the short answer, you can find it the world-famous documentary 'What the bleep do you know?' For those who haven't seen the film, it has to do with quantum physics.
Again, to make this a short explanation, what quantum physics says is, that the smallest bit of matter is photons.
Photons is the measurement of light particles.
A photo is smaller than an atom.
When photo is observed by a machine it behaves differently than when it's observed by a human.
This is shown in the film, 'What the bleep do you know?' through animation.
When a photo is observed by a machine it behaves like a wave.
When the human consciousness looks at it, it behaves like a particle.
In other words, the wave form collapses and becomes like a particle circling around the nuclear of an atom.
Albert Einstein said that everything is made up of energy.
And now that we know that photos are really at the base of everything, that what Einstein said is true.
And since the human mind, just by looking at something can effect its movement that means we can effect matter change.
People seem to think that if there really is mind over matter, then we should be able to move things with out minds, such as: moving a cup across the table or having the newspaper float through the air come to us while we sit on the sofa.
While this is how we move things with our hands and machines, this is not the only way to move things.
Things can be moved on the sub-atomic level, and in turn moves on the level that we can see.
How else do you explain the moving of joins in any kind of 'healing of the hands' treatments? How else can you explain the clearing up of a skin condition, for example? By having our minds work on the atomic level, it, in turns, 'moves up the ladder' to effect the larger components of the disease or condition.
We can't think in terms of moving things like we do with our hands, with animals or machines.
We don't do this when we think in terms of means of transport.
We all know that moving on land is different than on sea and that is different than air, and that they are all different from each others.
So, too, we have to got think in terms of moving with our mind.
Thinking that we can move with our mind like we move with our hands is like saying we must build ships like we do cars and have it with wheels that go on the ground and a steering mechanism connected to the wheels - it doesn't work that way.
It has been found that consciousness has a vibration, and with vibrations we know that they can move things.
Naturally, such a subtle vibration is very, very subtle.
The machines to measure it will tell you that.
Thus, a thought can only move something else that is very, very small.
But once that is moved, it moves more and more atoms, then its molecules than its cells and so forth.
When that happens we recognize miracles.
That is why belief is very important, as Christ said.
Belief is a thought, it has vibrations and it acts on things and is acted upon.
A belief is on things unseen.
Belief is the spark if you will, and depending on what you believe in, it will come to pass.
You have often heard of attracting things into you life.
You might have seen the film The Secret.
One of the people interviews in it is Bob Proctor.
He has a videos series of the Laws of Attraction.
The whole film is about the laws of attraction.
Now, when you think, picture and have emotional attachment to something, and you bring that into you life, that is also movement.
For example, you say that you will have a Mercedes Benz, and one day you get it.
I'm not talking about having the money to pay for it already, but when you don't have the money and some how, some way the money comes to you that enables you to buy the Mercedes.
Now, that is movement.
This type of movement is more fascinating than just picking something up with your hands, isn't it? In short, the movement that I'm talking about is movement in the filed of diseases and have the vanish; of movement where certain people, events and opportunities that come into your life happens - things that no movement of hands can possibly do.
Until next time, believe good things will happen and they will! Richlion PS.
