How to Gargle with Vinegar to Stop a Sore Throat

    • 1). MIX IT -- Pour some white vinegar or apple cider vinegar (milder taste) in a glass. Pour in about 1/4 cup of vinegar. Add an equal amount of water and stir.

    • 2). GARGLE WITH IT -- Put a mouthful of the vinegar and water mixture in your mouth and gargle with it. Try to get the mixture as far back in your throat as possible.

    • 3). DRINK A BIT -- After rinsing a few times you can dilute any remaining mixture and actually drink a little bit of it to really help your sore throat.

    • 4). SPRAY IT -- You can also the pour the mixture into a spray bottle and use as a sore throat spray. This is a good alternative to more expensive throat sprays. It works great and you save money!
