Earn money online with paid and prize online surveys

What's it all about?

Do you ever stop in the street to answer questions for the people that are always hanging around with the clipboard? What if every time you stopped they paid you for your time and answers? There are many companies on the Internet who will do just that, it'll never make you rich so don't start planning your retirement but over time a few minutes here and a few minutes there can soon mount up to a nice little bonus to put towards a holiday, Christmas presents (or even the gas bill!).

In the hard times we are in at the moment every little bit helps, be warned however that like most things on the internet there are of course lots of people out to scam you and rip you off. A little research is often all it takes, before you sign up to anything just Google it, e.g. we can Google "Survey Scout Reviews" and hey presto, within a few minutes flicking through pages we know these people are definitely to be avoided!

In addition to those who are like a rash over scam exposing sites you should also be very weary of sites where you can find little or no info, any good reputable survey site will have good comments posted on forums such as Moneysavingexpert.com, although you will always find a few negative comments you want sites who overall have a good reputation.

Why do these sites pay?

This is market research which is worth a lot to the companies who participate; they get far better value for money by paying you to take a survey online than they do by paying a spotty student to stand on a street corner, it's that simple.

How much can you expect to get paid?

This varies greatly from a few pence (or cents) up to Pounds (or Dollars), you also have no control over the surveys you are picked for it is based on your profile, it's worth taking part in all that you match however as the pennies soon add up, it's also generally likely the less you get paid the less you need to do for it!

How it works.

Simply sign up to the sites and you will be sent online surveys to complete, you'll need to do quite a few to make serious cash but you can do this at home in your spare time so you really have nothing to lose. The surveys are often fun and can give you an outlet to express your opnions and put in your ten bobs worth which you may already spend a lot of time doing on the Internet anyway on forums and blogs!

How to conduct yourself.

It is fine and advisable to sign up to multiple sites.

Only set up one account per survey company, multiple accounts is definitely against the rules and probably actually illegal and chances are you will be found out, if this happens you will lose any money you have made and technically could even be prosecuted as you are obtaining money by deception.

Be honest, they are looking for actual opinions not what you think they want to hear, telling the companies what you think they are looking for won't get you any more work and in fact if it looks contrived could hurt your chances.

If you receive the same survey from more than one place only do it the once, the company paying for the survey will notice.

Don't try and play the system as generally you will be found out and you will lose the extra income.

Always remember the No.1 rule . . .
Never join a site where you need to pay to become a member.
They are cons, much like fake work from home schemes, all they give you for your money is a list of sites like the one below that is freely available if you look on the Internet. They will also generally sell on your details to Spammers.

My recommended reputable sites.

I am maintaining a list of reputable site on my blog, see my bio below for the link.
