Chili & Cornbread
Nothing warms one up like a thick, hearty bowl of chili, especially one that comes with a side of cornbread drizzled in honey and butter! But, at a certain point, all chili starts to taste the same. Try this variation that combines brewed coffee and spices like cumin and oregano for a really unique twist. It's just the recipe you need to get you powered up for your evening!
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger(cooked)
1 cup beef of vegetable broth
1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
1/2 cup diced onion 1 (14.5-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
2 (14.5-ounce) cans kidney beans 2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp. crushed dried oregano
1 tsp. cumin
The best part: all you have to do is combine all the ingredients in one large pot, bring to a boil, and then cook on low for approximately 45 minutes. Easy and delicious.

24 Hour Brisket with Coffee
Besides drinking coffee and eating coffee flavored foods, the next best thing is to smell it cooking on a brisket for 24 hours! This recipe is your ticket to aroma heaven.
Ingredients:
5 lbs of beef brisket
2 cups extra strong brewed coffee
2 cups of ketchup
10 ounces Coke or Pepsi
1/4 cup of Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp of prepared mustard
2 tsp. aaromat seasoning
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking pan with enough aluminum foil to wrap the brisket in. Place the brisket in pan and pour the coffee over. Wrap the brisket with foil and bake for 23 hours.
At 23 hours: remove the brisket from oven and scrape away any fat. Pour out all juice and fat and throw away.
Combine the ketchup, soda, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, mustard and aromat seasoning in a large mixing bowl and combine. Pour the entire mixture over the brisket. Put the brisket back in the oven and bake, uncovered for the remaining hour.

Pork Chops with Barbecue Coffee Sauce
Serve up some comforting grilled pork chops with a heaping side of mashed potatoes to give yourself an excuse to use even more of the amazing sauce!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brewed espresso
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 fresh hot chili peppers
2 tbsp. hot dry mustard mixed with 1 tbsp. warm water
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to simmer at medium heat. Then let simmer for 20 minutes. After, cool the mixture and puree it in your blender till smooth.
