- 1). Visit the website at Free-Video-Hosting.net using the resource link. Locate the Flash script published in the gray box under the "HTML Code to Embed Flash Videos" section. Copy the text and paste it into your HTML document. Be sure to replace every occurrence of the "video-filename.swf" text with the URL of your own SWF Flash video file.
- 2). Click on the resource link for LongTailVideo.com. Scroll down to "The Object / Embed Method" heading and copy the text contained in the script found in the gray window from this section only. Paste the Flash script in the HTML page you want to embed the video file in. Replace the "player.swf" reference in the copied script with the exact Internet address of your SWF video file.
- 3). Go to the University of Iowa Information Technologies web page using the resource link if your video file is hosted on a Flash Media Server. Copy the script found in the grey box near the top of the page. The website puts the text you will need to replace in bold. Copy the entire programming script in the gray box and paste it into your HTML document. Replace every occurrence of the bold typed "videofilename.flv" with the exact Internet address (URL) of your uploaded Flash video file.
