How do I Connect an iPod Nano 8G to Vista?

    • 1). Insert the large side of the iPod's USB cable into an available USB port on your computer.

    • 2). Insert the opposite end into the small USB slot on your iPod.

    • 3). Wait as Windows opens a "New hardware" notification in the system tray and plays a sound to indicate it has detected a new device. Vista automatically downloads the latest drivers and begins charging the device. If you have iTunes open, the device will be available for synchronization.
