Does Light Weights and High Reps Muscle Workouts Work Or is it a Big Steaming Pile of Dinosaur Dung?

You don't have to believe me on this but just check out all the research that proves intense muscle training beat slow cardio and light weights any day of the year.
And I see it in my clients' eyes when they finally get it! That intensive muscle workouts is VASTLY superior to those wimpy light weights and high reps.
I really don't understand why a lot of folks keep doing those kind of workouts or even the isolation workouts.
But when a client of mine looks at me like I'm crazy for saying that...
I just tell them this...
keep doing what you are doing for another six months.
And then you can look straight into my eyes and admit...
that light weights and high reps is just a myth that should have been left behind...
in the Jurassic period! No kiddin'! If you have done this type of muscle workout in the past or currently doing it...
I can tell you that sure...
it "feels" like you are doing a lot of work on the muscles.
Your biceps, triceps or even your abs.
But keep looking at the mirror...
and you will notice a funny thing...
YOU STILL LOOK THE SAME!!! I can't say it any louder than this...
dude...
isolation workouts and that light weight crap is totally inefficient because what you are REALLY trying to do is get more definition.
In order to get some definition...
you have to lose body fat! That is correcto mundo my dear friend.
It is body fat that is keeping your muscles from getting that ripped and toned look.
So I would say this to you...
focus on heavier weights that will make you stronger.
Doing so will rev up your metabolism like there is no tomorrow! And your body...
will burn the fat! And much sooner than later...
you WILL see results! It can't get any more simple than this.
You need to step out of your comfort zone with strength training.
But some of the female readers are going to say, well, I don't want to get all bulky and hard! Then do LESS repetitions but still do heavy weights.
Just trust me on this...

do it my way and you will notice results.
Do it the other way and sooner or later...
you will give up because you are frustration with the lack of results.
So no more bicep curls, hamstring curls or even triceps kickbacks.
Go with the large muscle group workouts that allow for full range of motion.
Because this is the natural way...
your body's muscles work in groups.
Do them individually and you actually weaken yourself! And besides...
when you do these muscle training, you will find that your workouts are much faster.
In fact, I think the maximum time that you schedule for each workout is ONLY 45 minutes or less.
And no more than 3 workouts per week.
Yeah, I know! It goes against conventional theory that you must workout out like blazes for hours each and every day.
And you family misses you because you are gone all the time pounding the pavement...
And I'm telling you, it doesn't have to be this way...
if you use a different way of thinking...
to maximum your efforts in less time and put out more effort than doing the old way of long and boring cardio and long and boring light weight crap.
So...
if you are ready to REALLY lose your body fat...
PERMANENTLY! No joking or fooling around...
then this is the way to go.
To clarify...
to lose body fat you must do these three things.
Stick with good nutrition, do interval training and do strength training.
Or you can call me a quack that doesn't know what he is talking about and everything that he knows, he can print on the back of the postage stamp...
And continue to workout the way you always have been doing...
and getting no results...
