4) No Coffee Coffee contain caffeine.
Caffeine increase the level of acidity of your stomach, which will increase the risk of a heartburn attack.
5) No Alcohol Try to avoid alcohol as much as possible.
It is not going to help you in your heartburn condition.
In fact, it can also lead to other health problems with over consumption.
