Power Bands - What Is All the Fuss About?

The latest craze to sweep across the globe is wearing Power Bands.
The question is who is wearing them and why?
To answer the question who, you only have to look on the cover of celebrity magazines to see them on the arms of all the stars.
However if you explore further you will find that many of the world's top athletes and sports professionals have taken to wearing these power bands.
Basketball's professionals, baseballs' stars, football players,  and even Formula One driver's have given testimonials to the benefits of wearing these power bands.
So that has covered who but now you ask - Why? The makers claim that wearing the band or even just having it on your person (say in pocket) will improve your performance by up to 500%.

The next question you may ask is - How does it work? It seems a huge claim to state that these power bands can boost your performance by a massive 500% but the secret lies within the little holographic disc inserted into each band.
The body has a natural energy field and therefore works within certain energy frequencies.
However today's busy and technologically advanced lifestyles can interfere with those natural frequencies which can have a negative impact on your health and well-being.
Radio waves, microwave ovens, even mobile phones can affect your body's own natural energy field leaving you feeling at a low ebb, not at your best and certainly not able to perform to your highest standard.
This is where the power bands do their little trick.
They work by bringing to bear human bio-energy frequencies to align and strengthen your body's core which will enable your body to perform with greater strength, flexibility and balance.
The discs have this special frequency embedded into them which allows the body to find its optimum frequency.
If your body's core is stronger and more stable then not only should you perform to a higher standard but you should recover faster after training sessions.
A stronger core allows you to hold the body in an optimum position for longer and the results will be an ability to enhance your technique, a vital enhancement tool for any professional sports person.
Surely a little wrist band can't do all that! Well this has been a subject for debate from many scientific and sports personal around the globe and as yet the debate still goes on.
There are some simple tests that the power band suppliers can do to highlight the difference in performance with and without the band and everyone who tries these tests can feel a definite difference.
Many news programs from around the globe have investigated the claims, from news stations in Australia to America.
It has not only been reported in the television news but also in print, newspapers! The results of all of their findings are inconclusive BUT each report does state that enhancement is a definite result of wearing these power bands, be it scientific or psychological - THEY DEFINITELY WORK!
