Most Common Office Traumas From the Workplace

As a physical therapist I have seen my patients and colleagues suffer from common workplace traumas.
For years my friends and family having been complaining about not having enough time to workout and not being to do any exercises at the office.
I have decided to change all that by addressing to you some of these issues and it can be easily fixed.
A lot of the common workplace traumas come from bad seating position and posture.
The seat is raised too high, causing your feet to dangle in the air, cutting off circulation to your feet.
The seat is too low, causing you to hunch over and cramp up your body.
A common workplace trauma would be a stiff neck.
It is easy to get a stiff neck and have your muscles tighten up from being too tense, having your muscles contracting.
Also, it is very common to receive lower back pain from being in a chair for too long.
Your vertebra is under constant pressure when sitting down and that creates the lower back that you may be feeling while working at the office.
The sciatic nerve is disturbed in your lower back and that is why you feel this pain.
To alleviate these issues stretching and office exercises are the key.
It loosens up the muscles and causes the pain to go away.
It is hard to find time to workout at the office, but it is necessary if you want to be healthy and in shape at the workplace.
