• 1). Click the "Menu" icon at the top. Select the "Format Convert" tab and then the "Any to DVD/VCD/SVCD/MPEG" option.
  
  
• 2). Locate the MPEG4 video file. Highlight it and then press "Open."
  
  
• 3). Modify the "Output Folder" and "Output Format." Select "Browse" to change directory. Highlight the folder and click "Ok." Use the drop-down arrow to alter the output format. Click the "VCD" option. Select "Ok."
  
  
• 4). Wait until the conversion finishes; it should take roughly two minutes.
  
  

Quick Media Converter

• 1). Select the "Easy Mode" icon. Press the "Plus" icon on the left. Insert the MPEG4 video format. Click "Open."
  
  
• 2). Press the "VCD" icon. Select the "NTSC" option. Under the "Cross Arrows" is the icon of the output type.
  
  
• 3). Select a directory. Press the "File Folder." Scroll to the folder or press "New" to make a folder. Click "Ok" when you finish.
  
  
• 4). Convert the MPEG4 to VCD format. Click the "Round Arrows" icon. A display of the process bar is on the bottom of the window.
