Diet and Yoga For Flat Stomach
Yoga has become a popular activity that helps people relax and exercise by assuming positions and holding them. Not only does it train your muscles but it helps you with balance and concentration. Doing yoga isn't just for the Hollywood stars, moms, kids, dads and almost anyone can do it. Yoga for a flat stomach is excellent way to make get your stomach flat.

OK, here is what you are going to do:
Reverse Boat Pose (Prishth Naukasana)
You will lie face dow flat on the mat. Now reach your arms and your legs straight out like you are reaching for the walls. Make sure your arms and legs are off the floor as high as you can. Hold it as long as you can.
Repeat this 5 or six times. This will really work you abdominal muscles. It is also good for your pancreas and liver.
Cat Pose (Marjariasana)
Get on your hands and knees on your mat and breath in. Slowly let your breath out as you tuck you butt in like a dog tucks his tail. Make sure you are using you abs to do this. Arch your back like a scared cat. Hold this as long as you can. Repeat this 5 or 6 times.
This will get you circulation going and also work your arm muscles.
Lying Abdominal Stretch Pose (Supta Udarakarshanasana)
Lie flat on your mat and hands at your sides with the palms facing the floor. Slowly inhale and bring your left foot up and place it on your right thigh. No slowly exhale, grab your right knee and bring it toward your left hip, use your right hand to hold it down to the floor, turn your head to the left. Hold this as long as you can. Repeat this 5 or 6 times. This works the top of your abdomen.
Adding these yoga moves to a great diet and you will be seeing a flat stomach in no time. Remember just building muscle under your fat won't give you the look you want.
