One of the most popular gaming systems available today is the Xbox 360.
It is one of the direct competitors of the popular PlayStation 3 console.
When I was young, games were not as advanced.
I grew up with Atari and Coleco vision.
The games today almost reflect a kind of virtual reality but at the same time have quite a few errors.
One of the most common errors is the E74.
Here are three simple steps to fixing this problem.
Many times when you are purchasing a game console system you consider the games that will be available to you once you on the system.
One of the things that is not considered for the most part are the errors that you will receive and the dissatisfaction and stress that it will cause you once you have shelled out hundreds of dollars not only on the system but the games themselves.
Although all game systems have errors, one of the most common ones reported online right now is the E74.
This error in this indicative of the Xbox and has existed since this console has been on the market.
Although several updates have been done throughout the years to fix this repetitious problem, the error still persists.
A good thing to note is that the Microsoft Corporation will fix this error for you for free as long as you are under their warranty.
If not, you'll have to actually pay about $100 to have this error removed and fixed.
The good news is that you can actually fix this yourself at home by doing the following three steps.
The first step is very simple.
By resetting or restarting your console several times, the error will remove itself.
If that does not work, the second thing you can do is feel the console itself.
Like many computers, once the console is too warm, it will not function properly and the error will occur.
To solve this problem, you need to turn off your console and also unplug it from the wall leaving it alone for several hours.
The last step that you can take is to unplug the hard drive itself and then turn the console on.
This should fix the error allowing you to reconnect the hard drive and begin playing your games once again.
There are other possible solutions that can help you fix your Xbox errors if these three tips did not work.
Contacting Microsoft may not be your first option, but when it comes down to it, we all need to play our games error free.
