Battle against alien invaders with free alien computer games. Aliens have held an important place in video games ever since the original "Space Invaders" game hit arcades. Free alien flash games let you take on the alien forces without shelling out for a gaming console and software. Be sure to only play flash games found on reputable sites so you don't risk getting spyware or malware on your computer. - "Alien Abduction" is a free computer game that lets you take control of a flying saucer in a 3D environment. You'll pilot your UFO over a suburban neighborhood and use the ship's tractor beam to abduct people and objects such as cars and trucks. You're given a set number of people to abduct and you'll have to pick them up and drop them off at the mother-ship before the timer runs out. Starting in the game's second level you'll have to deal with the added challenge of enemy ships firing upon you. Use your laser to take them out.
- "Asteroids Revenge III" provides a humorous twist on the classic "Asteroids" arcade game. In the classic you piloted a triangular ship and blasted away at a never-ending sea of asteroids, while this new flash game has you taking the role of a seemingly-sentient asteroid exacting its revenge upon human spaceships. You'll use your mouse to guide the alien asteroid across the screen. Ram enemy ships to destroy them instantly, but watch out for incoming projectiles. At the end of each level you'll have a choice of five different upgrades, such as size and shield strength. These upgrades stay with you throughout the game. You'll eventually gain abilities such as "ally" asteroids to join in your fight. New types of enemies emerge in each level, keeping the game challenging.
- Armor Games' "Vector Boom" puts you in charge of defending a space station from incoming alien spacecraft. Rather than fire an endless supply of missiles or lasers in your defense, you'll have to use a different tactic. You use the mouse to click and drag a circle. When you release, all enemy ships within the blast radius are destroyed. You only have a limited supply of power, though, and it will have to recharge between blasts. The largest the blast radius, the more power it sucks. You can choose between normal mode, in which you progress through 10 levels, or survival mode where you simply survive for as long as possible against endless waves of alien ships.
