Choosing Your Wedding Chair Cover Supplier.

A Lot of people agree wedding chair covers and sashes/bows make all the difference to your wedding venue they give that all important WOW factor and they can be coordinated with your colour scheme. Finding the right supplier can be a difficult and tiring process, you can spend hours trawling the Internet looking through directories and filling out enquiry forms.

Try and localise your search when you are on the companies website try and see where they are located and see if they cater for your area. See if they have pictures of a wedding setup at your venue, that way you know that the chair covers they provide will properly fit the chairs. See if they have any customer feedback this will give you an indication of how the business is run.

When you are provided with a quote look to see what that includes; are there any hidden costs like travel expenses, delivery, VAT, labour and setup. Ask if you get the wedding chair covers for the whole day and night not just the ceremony and wedding breakfast believe it or not there are some companies that come after the wedding breakfast and take the chair covers away! Ask the company if their chair covers fit the chairs at the venue a lot of banqueting chairs are in all different shapes and sizes so you need to make sure they have the chair covers to fit, we always offer to meet at the venue or in our showroom so the client can see the chair covers on the chairs.

If you are thinking of a DIY option think of what this involves, yes it might be about £100 cheaper than a company that sets it up, but do you really want to be ironing and setting up chair covers the morning of the most special day of your life. Most DIY options give you a price for the chair covers and sashes say £1.99 per chair then there is £50.00 delivery to add on too. Say your wedding is for 60 guests that is a total of £169.00 and you think that is a good quote its cheaper than a company that sets it up. What you have to remember is you have to post them back and that costs as well say £50.00 so you then add that to the total that makes it £219.00. Compare that to a company that charges £3.50-£4.00 per chair including setup that gives a total of £210.00-£240.00 slightly cheaper and slightly more expensive but you wont have to worry about a thing as the chair covers will be setup for you. If you do go for the DIY option make sure you get a chair cover sent to you before you book to check the quality and to take with you to the venue to make sure they fit!

This is the most important day of your life and you want to make sure the room looks right, your pictures will last a life time. If there is any element of doubt in your mind take time to make your decision.
