However, these are in no way authentic and can be termed as fusion food. An authentic Thai restaurant is one that serves the dishes that are native to the Thai cuisine.

Thai food is often served in plantain leaves and also cooked in the same. Fresh herbs are used in the preparation of most of the dishes, as they give the food a distinct and tempting flavour.

The guests participate in the making of the food, which hence helps in fostering camaraderie even with.
