- 1). Turn your BlackBerry face down and remove the battery cover.
- 2). Locate the microSD card slot. The location varies on different BlackBerry devices, but on most of these phones, you will see a media card icon just outside of the slot.
- 3). Turn the microSD card so its metal contacts are pointing down. Slide the card into the slot, inserting the end with the metal contacts first. Replace the battery cover.
- 1). Press the "Menu" button to access the home screen. This button is on the front of the phone and is labeled with the BlackBerry logo. Scroll to and select the "Media" applications.
- 2). Press the "Menu" button to open a pop-up menu. Scroll down to "Explore" and select it.
- 3). Click "Device" or "Device Memory," depending on your BlackBerry model. Then select "Home," "User" and "Camera." You will see a list of images stored in your phone's memory.
- 4). Scroll down to the desired image and press the "Menu" button. Choose "Cut" from the list of options. Press the "Back" button four times to return to the first screen on the file explorer.
- 5). Select "Media Card" from the list on the screen. Choose the "BlackBerry" folder, then the "Pictures" folder. Press the "Menu" key and choose "Paste." The image is now stored on the media card. Repeat this procedure for each image that you wish to transfer from your BlackBerry phone to the memory card.
