You would soon be addicted to it and anytime you don't use the drug, you won't be able to sleep.
You should regularize your sleeping hours and try to maintain it. This would help you a lot in having sound sleep. Then try to get rid of anybody or anything that could disturb you from sleeping. Always sleep in a comfortable and cool place. You will live longer if you normally have good sleep every night. You body needs rest after your normal toiling during the day.
