Are you confused about relationship of chronic fatigue syndrome and candida? This article will explain a little bit about it.
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is believed by some to be linked to the Epstein-Barr virus.
CFS is seen, by many, as a part of the symptom of candidiasis.
Candidiasis does not worsen the CFS, instead it is causing CFS.
If candidiasis is removed, in all likelihood, the CFS will vanish along with it.
What you need to is simply eliminating sugar.
It will likely give an improvement.
So to treat CFS you would have to eliminate candidiasis as the first step.
That is the basic relationship between chronic fatigue syndrome and candida.
Treating CFS and candidiasis requires education.
Education is important.
It can be noted and be kept in mind that in the medical community there is no known cause of the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
However, to some people, there is no such thing like no known cause thing for CFS.
However, we must accept the difference.
For information, some people do see a link in the treatment of CFS and the treatment of candidiasis.
These are people doing nutritional therapies, nutritionists and naturopathic doctors, not medical doctors, although some do believe (including me) that Crook speaks of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and its relationship to candidiasis, in his book The Yeast Connection Workbook.
Regardless of the cause, a strictly adhered-to candidiasis program, involving a thorough anti-parasitic or anti-fungal intestinal cleansing, anti-fungal agents, to eliminate candida, an absolutely rigid adherence to a no sugar low glycemic allergy-elimination diet, such as the one(s) commonly prescribed for candidiasis, will all eliminate candidiasis, which is something that people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and candida have.
When the candidiasis has been eliminated, the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is expected to abate.
The trick is to eliminate the candidiasis.
That just a little bit of sugar will cause a set-back.
