Back pains can seriously upset our daily routine and active lifestyle if we do not pay attention to the early warning signs.
Low back pain normally occurs in the third section of the spinal cord which medically is termed as lumbar bones and it will be a better idea that we change our lifestyle and our bad habits to prevent low back aches rather than going on pills and medicines to resolve the back injury.
One of the main reasons for back aches is incorrect postures.
From the time we wake up in the morning we begin to stretch and pull our body ligaments and that leads to low back pains.
Also, after the advent of computers in our lives, we spent majority of our professional life sitting in front of our desktops and laptops which is also one of the reasons for low back pains because one such incorrect posture is that we do not sit in the right way.
The upper back muscles deliver tremendous amount of body pressure on the low back muscles which creates more tension on the lumbar area.
Hence, it is very important that we sit with correct sitting posture that supports lumbar area.
These days many chairs are designed ergonomically that are made and designed to provide the right kind of support to the back which can relieve these pains to a great extent.
