 Then I make sure the goals all have a deadline.
 Without a deadline you won't have a sense of urgency necessary to accomplish your goal.
Secret #2- The next secret step is to ask yourself a simple yet difficult question.
 The question involves taking a real look at yourself which can be hard to do.
 Are you ready for the magic question? Okay here it is.
 Are you willing to pay the price? Yes, that's the question you have to ask.
 Do you have what it takes to accomplish your goal.
 It's not always fun to workout.
 It's not always fun to eat healthy food especially when someone buys you a cake or cookies.
 But you have to decide what you want more.
Secret #3- The last step is a lot of fun once you get going.
 In this step you need go get a notebook and pen or pencil.
 Create a little Diet & Exercise Journal.
 In this journal write down how much food you eat during the day.
 Keep track of the calories, protein, and carbs from each food.
 Then keep track of each exercise you do.
 Write down the reps and sets you did and for how long.
