How to Get Great Abs Fast With These Tips

Who wants to drop all the tasty food that makes their mouth water at the sight of it? Not me, and I can't imagine you would either.
Unlike what all the diets tell you, you do not have to eat salad for the rest of your life! If your like me, you've been raised with the idea that three meals a day is the healthiest thing and that's just how it should be, but the truth is, that's just wrong.
The fact is we are supposed to eat at least eight meals a day! I know it sounds crazy, but bare with me and I'll explain.
Our stomachs can only hold so much at any one given time.
When we over eat our stomach only takes a certain amount of it to use and the rest just sits around and the fat absorbed into our blood stream.
Sounds...
disgusting doesn't it? So how are you supposed to eat? Cup your hands together, now imagine your hands full of food, that is how much you are suppose to eat each meal eight times a day.
Eat this amount eight times a day with a two hour gap in between each meal.
Why is it a good thing to eat this portion every meal? Besides the fact that less fat will be absorbed into your blood stream, you'll lose weight faster as well, making any exercises that you might be doing twice as effective.
Foods that you should try to be eating include: High in Fiber foods - this could be cereal or a great deal of many different foods.
Shoot for cereal, it's a great way to start the day.
Fiber helps with the digesting process making losing weight easier.
Fruit! Might not be your favorite beverage, but it doesn't have to be all bad.
Try getting some chocolate that you can melt and dip your favorite fruits into the hot and delectable chocolate.
Who said eating fruit had to be a bad thing? And of course, high in protein - This includes so many things, but my favorite would be chicken and fish.
If your working out (and you should be) protein is vital to your success in achieving your goals.
Protein contributes to your muscles growth (if your wondering how to get great abs fast, here's your boost) and a little chicken/fish is always a pleasing taste to the taste buds.
