How to Make My Penis Longer - A Personal Quest

How do I increase the length of my penis? This is a question that has plagued me for years, considering the fact that my penis was less than six inches long.
The size of my penis has been a cause of so much embarrassment, which is why I promised myself that I would learn how to make my penis longer and redeem myself in bed.
For more than a year I tried several pills and penis stretching devices to get the results that I wanted, but nothing worked.
I realized I was doing nothing more than throwing my money away.
I was about ready to give up and was seriously thinking about looking for ways to compensate for my small penis instead.
As a last-ditch effort - my last hurrah, so to speak - I decided to try some penis enlargement exercises and techniques that I read about somewhere on the internet.
I told myself that if these techniques still don't work for me then there is nothing more to be done than to strive to be the best in bed performance-wise.
Fortunately for me, they did work and now I am sharing the secret to you.
Who knows, you just might benefit from them as I did, right? The first technique is a penis stretch that is very easily done.
Simply take your flaccid penis in your hands and gently stretch it out as far as it will go.
Hold the stretch for thirty seconds and then release.
Rest for about ten seconds and then do the stretch again.
Make at least ten repetitions each day.
Remember NOT to stretch it to the point of pain so as to avoid any tissue damage.
Another great technique for rookie enhancers is the Jelq.
Massage your penis until it is semi-erect, apply a little lubricant and then grip the base firmly with the thumb and forefinger of one hand.
Slide your fingers slowly towards the head of your penis.
As soon as you reach the tip, grip the base with the thumb and forefinger of your other hand and repeat the sliding motion.
Do the Jelq non-stop for 10-15 minutes each day.
Finally, we have what is called the Ulis.
This is a great way to increase the girth of your penis.
Achieve a full erection and then grip the base of your penis as you would in the Jelq.
Squeeze the base as hard as you can without causing any pain or discomfort.
Hold for ten seconds, release and then rest for another ten seconds.
Perform three or four repetitions per day.
Before you perform these exercises, be sure to warm your penis up by wrapping it in a warm washcloth for about five minutes.
These techniques effectively added an inch to my penis in just six weeks.
Of course, I am not saying that they are a hundred percent sure to work for you as well, but it doesn't hurt to try.
It took more than a year for me to find out how to make my penis longer, but it may not take that long for you.
Try these exercises and see for yourself just what I am talking about.
