When you are talking about a leveling program for World Of Warcraft there really is no class specific guide such as a paladin leveling guide.
When building a toon of any class it is really more about the race you select than it is the class you want to play.
Of course it is most important that you are playing a class you enjoy but the race selection is what WoW leveling add-ons are based around.
You might ask why they would do this rather than class specific guide.
A class in World Of Warcraft is more about the talents you select as well as the gear that creates the type of toon you want to play.

All players start in a racial start area, not a class start area.

1. A talent build for your World Of Warcraft paladin.
   
2. A leveling guide to help you level faster.
   

Anyone offering a leveling guide that is specific to a certain class cannot be creating a very effective guide unless it covers class creation.
Gear, talent builds, gems, enchants, etc.
Class specific type things are not leveling add-ons to make you level faster although this information is just as critical to being effective building any toon in WoW.
In game leveling addons are probably the most popular and fastest way to level in World Of Warcraft these days simply because they allow the player to quest using the most effective and efficient paths in the game.
