- 1). Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with crushed ice.
- 2). Add the crème de menthe, freshly squeezed orange juice, grenadine syrup, sweet red vermouth and brandy. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds.
- 3). Strain the mixture into a martini glass and top with the port wine. Serve immediately while ice cold.
